One reason we post all of the testimonies is so customers can make an intelligent decision based on the experiences of others, while using their own best judgment.  It is also important to read the Frequently Asked Questions.  If you have a question that requires more of an in-depth answer and you want a quick response then it may be better to call us.  If you are having technical difficulty ordering online then it is probably simpler to call us and order over the phone, rather than for us trying to diagnose exactly what the problem is.
