These are scanned images of the actual Doctor’s Reports concerning the diagnosis of the lesion on Jim Perrin’s ear.  The first page concerns the first visit when the lesion was first examined.  The second page describes the disappearance of the lesion on the next visit after treating it with Perrin’s Blend for about 3 weeks.
